Wayne Morgan began his career in sales at the age of 16, when he sold a spray-on shoe polish door to door to his neighbors. Upon graduating from high school, Wayne joined the familyowned business, eager to learn all he could about the subject. After a devastating divorce, Wayne moved to Austin and obtained his real estate license in 1985. It was there he met Lynn, who he credits with saving his life. He promptly asked her to spend it with him, Lynn said yes, and they have been together ever since, building 3 businesses and acquiring and developing property. They own The Real Estate Business School, a business school for Realtors, and a Texas Real Estate Commission-approved education company where they teach new agents more than just how to get a license, but how to use it by applying their own formula; how to build a business and invest the profits, building it to one of the premier real estate education schools in Texas.
