Wayne Morgan began his career in sales at the age of 16, when he sold a spray-on shoe polish door to door to his neighbors. Upon graduating from high school, Wayne joined the familyowned business, eager to learn all he could about the subject. After a devastating divorce, Wayne moved to Austin and obtained his real estate license in 1985. It was there he met Lynn, who he credits with saving his life. He promptly asked her to spend it with him, Lynn said yes, and they have been together ever since, building 3 businesses and acquiring and developing property. They own The Real Estate Business School, a business school for Realtors, and a Texas Real Estate Commission-approved education company where they teach new agents more than just how to get a license, but how to use it by applying their own formula; how to build a business and invest the profits, building it to one of the premier real estate education schools in Texas. They have written over 25 books and courses, represented developers and builders in the acquisition and disposition of communities and subdivision, managed the largest real estate office in Austin, and trained and coached the most successful brokers in the Austin area. They also own a real estate investing company that specializes in acquiring distressed properties and a real estate development firm where they are currently developing property in the growing city where they live in Lakeway, Texas just west of Austin on the south shore of Lake Travis. They traveled with Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad and many other books, teaching and training the instructors, who still teach there, walked on fire with Tony Robbins, cycled across Iowa with Lance Armstrong and spend their lives pushing the boundaries of what seems possible and encouraging others to do the same.
